Delivery Information

Delivery is via courier – generally within 7 working days of order, but this can be longer during busy periods, or if an item is unavailable. The delivery needs to be signed for , unless we are given authorisation to leave the parcel in a specified place, which needs to be noted in the messages section at time of order. During the back to school period delivery dates may be extended.

Delivery to schools – This is term time only, to schools that want this option . Delivery to school is not on a guaranteed date , but generally once every 2 weeks.

If you need the items more urgently it is better to choose home delivery.

Any discrepancies with an order must be notified to School Shop Direct within 3 days.
