Step 1: Once the product has been received at the nearest School Shop Direct store, our team will review it, and if the return does not breach any of our non-returnable clauses, we will initiate the refund within 4 weeks.
Step 2: Final Review and Decision
Our inspection team will either approve or reject the request, and the decision will be communicated through your registered email ID and can also be tracked in your customer dashboard. If Rejected: You may have to arrange a collection from our store.
If Approved: Your refund will be processed within 4 weeks as below:
